对中日两国运动员的形态、专项素质、技术以及训练方法 ,进行了比较。从形态上日本运动员的体重略重于中国运动员 ,而中国运动员的身高则略高于日本运动员。两国运动员在专项素质方面没有明显的区别。日本运动员跑的动作比较合理 ,在跑动时 ,髋和膝积极向前 ,身体重心前移的幅度比较大。中国运动员在跳远的空中动作比较合理。在力量训练方面 ,日本运动员采用大量的跳跃练习 ,但对练习的速度没有给予足够的重视。中国运动员现有的力量练习方法还有待改进。此外 ,中国运动员还应对跑的基本动作给予重视。
The author compares the forms, special qualities, techniques and training methods of athletes in China and Japan. In terms of form, the weight of Japanese athletes is slightly heavier than that of Chinese athletes, while that of Chinese athletes is slightly higher than that of Japanese athletes. There is no obvious difference between the two countries in terms of special quality. Japanese athletes running more reasonable move, the hip and knee active forward, the body center of gravity forward relatively large margin. Chinese athletes in the long jump air moves more reasonable. In strength training, Japanese athletes use a lot of jumping practice, but did not pay enough attention to the speed of practice. Chinese athletes existing strength training methods still need to be improved. In addition, Chinese athletes should pay attention to the basic movements.
