Due to factors such as steel source and prestressing tension technology, most of the prestressed tendons in China currently adopt cold drawn grade II-IV coarse steel bars, which is not economical. Engineering practice shows that the use of high-strength steel wire instead of the above steel has the advantages of high strength, low steel consumption, no need for cold welding, simple process, and low cost. Therefore, the development and application of prestressed high-strength steel wire technology has a broad prospect in China. High-strength wire bundle anchors are generally composed of anchor cups, nuts and anchor plates.
