[目的]通过检索相关数据库得到有关基因,以预测乳腺癌放疗敏感性和副反应及并发症。[方法]利用文献计量学及生物信息学分析方法,即利用STRING、GATHER、GODAG、Cytoscape、CentiScape等软件对检索出的基因进行功能分类与研究。[结果]共纳入文献34篇,涉及与乳腺癌放疗相关基因共44个,44个放疗相关基因共涉及不同分级的分类366类,同时为关键基因和瓶颈基因的包括BRCA1和TP53。[结论]目前已发现部分与放疗敏感性和副反应及并发症相关的基因,仍需更深入研究及证实。
[Objective] The relevant genes were retrieved by searching related databases to predict the radiosensitivity, side effects and complications of breast cancer. [Method] The bibliometrics and bioinformatics analysis methods were used to classify and study the retrieved genes using softwares such as STRING, GATHER, GODAG, Cytoscape, CentiScape and so on. [Results] A total of 34 articles were included, involving 44 genes related to radiotherapy of breast cancer. 44 genes related to radiotherapy involved 366 categories with different grading, including BRCA1 and TP53 as key genes and bottleneck genes. [Conclusion] It has been found that some genes related to sensitivity and side effects and complications of radiotherapy still need to be further studied and confirmed.
