目前,国内外对治疗慢性肝病的口服氨基酸制剂的研究,已进入临床阶段。但目前氨基酸制剂价格昂贵,我国广大慢性肝病患者难以长期使用。因此,我们于1986年底协作研制成功以适当小剂量的富含支链氨基酸的,由十五种氨基酸组成的“肝安胶囊”,并于1987年3月开始投入临床进行疗效观察。重点观察本药对慢性肝炎、肝硬化患者血清白蛋白的提升作用,并对消除肝硬化患者腹水方面也观察了少量病例,报告如下:
