党的十八报告提出,加快发展现代职业教育,高职院校的会计人才培养模式的改革创新势在必行,高职院校的会计人才培养目标应当定位于本地中小企业会计人才的需要,以职业能力培养为核心的课程体系、教学内容方式方法的改革、校企合作的培养模式、双师型师资队伍、对接岗位工作过程的教学过程、基于学习过程的评价方式等途径是职业能力视角的会计人才培养模式的关键组成部分。
