延长硬辊压光机、超级压光机和软辊压光机的压光辊辊面使用寿命及保护措施,受到造纸机压光机的维护人员的关注。在材料选择上,对软辊包覆层材料中的填料、底胶料进行改进或者以树脂辊代替纸粕辊,对硬辊材料的冷硬灰铸铁,改为中频表面淬火的球铁或者热喷涂碳化钨,都可以提高压光辊辊面的使用效果。最后还对压光辊辊面的加工工艺进行了总结。
