目的建立火焰原子吸收法分光光度测定水样中铅含量的不确定度评定方法。方法按GB/T5750.6-2006建立不确定度的数学模型,系统分析计算不确定度各分量。结果外控水样铅含量1.29 mg/L时,其扩展不确定度为0.06 mg/L(k=2)。结论此方法适用于评估火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定水样铅含量的不确定度。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of the uncertainty of the determination of lead in water by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Methods According to GB / T5750.6-2006, a mathematical model of uncertainty was established to systematically analyze and calculate the components of uncertainty. Results When the lead content of external water sample was 1.29 mg / L, its extended uncertainty was 0.06 mg / L (k = 2). Conclusion This method is suitable for assessing the uncertainty of determination of lead in water samples by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry.
