应激性胃肠道出血是急性脑血管病的严重并发症,也是急性脑血管病的死亡因素之一。我院1997年12月～2000年12月共收治急性脑血管病92例,并发应激性胃肠道出血者9例。现将救治体会报告如下。
Stress gastrointestinal bleeding is a serious complication of acute cerebrovascular disease, but also one of the death causes of acute cerebrovascular disease. Our hospital from December 1997 to December 2000 were treated 92 cases of acute cerebrovascular disease, complicated by stress gastrointestinal bleeding in 9 cases. Now treatment report is as follows.
