在现今激烈的市场竞争中,企业提高竞争力的一个重要因素就是提高企业人力资源的竞争力,人力资源是企业各项资源中最重要的资源。当今人力资源仍是企业各项资源中最重要的资源。应充分发挥人力资源管理在企业战略管理中的独特作用。建立规范的人力资源管理制度,形成人力资源管理良性循环,是实现企业战略目标、提高组织绩效,创造竞争优势,实现可持续发展的先决条件。本文运用了审阅资料、调查问卷、正式访谈等方式进行调查研究,重点针对G公司人力资源现状进行调研和分析,提出了改进意见。
In today’s fierce market competition, an important factor to improve the competitiveness of enterprises is to improve the competitiveness of human resources in the enterprise, human resources is the most important resource in all resources. Today’s human resources are still the most important resources in every resource of an enterprise. We should give full play to the unique role of human resource management in the strategic management of enterprises. Establishing a standardized system of human resources management and forming a virtuous cycle of human resource management are prerequisites for realizing the strategic objectives of the enterprise, improving organizational performance, creating competitive advantages and achieving sustainable development. This paper uses the review materials, questionnaires, formal interviews and other means to carry out investigations and studies, focusing on the G company’s current situation of human resources research and analysis, put forward suggestions for improvement.
