60年共和国历史,也是一部国有经济发展史。60年前,中国硝烟方定、一穷二白;60年后,中国初步建立现代化工业体系,经济总量跃居世界前列。国有企业与祖国休戚与共、风雨同舟,已经发展成为国民经济的重要支柱,党执政的重要经济基础,发展中国特色社会主义的重要力量。国有企业的改革发展增强了我国综合国力,提高了人民生活水平,促进了社会和谐稳定,巩固了党的执政地位,充分展示了社会主义制度的优越性和改革开放道路的正确性。60年来,随着国有经济发展壮大和国有企业改革不断深化,国有企业反腐倡廉工作从无到有、由浅入深逐步发展,在促进党的路线方针政策在国有企业贯彻落实、提高国有企业效率和效益、完善企业管理和制度建设、防治腐败等方面取得了明显成效,积累了宝贵经验,为国有企业改革发展提供了有力保证,为党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争整体推进作出了重要贡献。
