现如今,在我国经济发展的推动之下,我国人民群众的生活水平日益提升,与此同时,与人们生活密切相关的房地产经济也随之获得不断发展,并逐渐发展为我国国民经济的重要组成部分。在我国,房地产经济一方面肩负着改善人们居住水平的重要责任,另一方面对我国经济的发展产生重要的推动作用。但是,就当前现状而言,我国房地产经济在不断发展中存在许多问题,对其长远发展产生不利影响。因此,对房地产经济管理问题与策略的研究具有重要意义。
Nowadays, under the impetus of our country’s economic development, the standard of living of our people is on the rise. At the same time, the real estate economy closely related to people’s lives has also been continuously developed and gradually developed into an important component of our national economy section. In our country, on the one hand, the real estate economy shoulders the important responsibility to improve people’s living standard, on the other hand, it plays an important role in promoting the economic development of our country. However, as far as the current status quo is concerned, many problems exist in the continuous development of China’s real estate economy, adversely affecting its long-term development. Therefore, the research on real estate economic management problems and tactics is of great significance.
