一九五○年秋,我從湖南隨東北招聘團來到黑龍江。省教育部門讓我們先進行了一個短時期的政治學習。在一九五一年春,組織上分配我到本省北部的訥河縣中學工作。剛到校的時候,只擔任初中一年級兩班的語文課;一九五一年秋,學校開始讓我擔任一年二班的班主任。我做班主任工作,到現在已兩個年頭了。在這兩年當中,我是怎樣進行班級輔導工作的呢?我想提出來和大家研究。一配合教學,組織學生各種活動,完成各種學習任務 班主任的主要工作之一,就是如何幫助同學解決學習上的困難,配合教學,把課堂上所學的東西運用到實際中去。因此,經常深入瞭解學生在學習上或在各方面存在的問題,設法解決這些問題是很重要的。
In the autumn of 1950, I came to Heilongjiang from a recruitment team in Northeast China with Hunan. Provincial Department of Education let us first conducted a short period of political study. In the spring of 1951, I was assigned to work at Nehe County High School in the northern part of our province. When I first arrived in school, I was only teaching Chinese for two classes of the first grade of junior high school. In the autumn of 1951, the school started letting me be the class teacher for the second grade of the year. I have been working as a class teacher for two years now. During these two years, how did I do class counseling? I would like to put it forward to discuss with you all. One with the teaching, organizing student activities, to complete a variety of learning tasks, one of the main tasks of the class teacher is how to help students solve the learning difficulties, with the teaching, the lessons learned in the classroom to use. Therefore, it is very important to constantly understand students’ problems in learning or in various aspects and try to solve these problems.
