目的观察优质护理在手术室工作中的应用效果。方法抽取2014年1月~2016年12月我院手术室实施手术治疗的患者300例作为实验对象,根据双盲法将300例患者分成两组,取150例实施手术室常规护理为对照组,另150例实施手术室优质护理为观察组,对比两组SAS、SDS评分情况和护理满意度。结果观察组SAS、SDS评分明显优于对照组,两组评分对比有显著组间差异(P<0.05)。结论手术室实施优质护理可以改善患者的不良心理,提高护理满意度,利于患者术后及早康复,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of quality nursing in operating room. Methods From January 2014 to December 2016, 300 patients undergoing surgery in operating room of our hospital were selected as experimental subjects, and 300 patients were divided into two groups according to double-blind method. 150 patients were treated with routine nursing as control group, The other 150 cases of operation room quality care for the observation group, compared two groups SAS, SDS score and nursing satisfaction. Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of quality care in the operating room can improve patients’ bad psychology, improve nursing satisfaction, and help patients recover well after operation, which is worth popularizing and applying.
