我们于1994年1月至1991年6月用超声多普勤脐血流显像技术测定无明显妊高征和胎儿宫内发育迟缓(IuGR)孕妇脐动脉血流S/D值,并进行产时情况随访,得出38例胎儿窘迫组的S/D值为2.9690±0.3099,而对照组S/D值为2.1608±0.2015。经t检验,P<0.01,说明胎儿窘迫组S/D值明显高于对照组,S/D值高可以作为诊断胎儿窘迫的重要指标之一,且S/D值异常在分娩前1~31天即可出现,说明此技术对预测胎儿窘迫具有早期、灵敏的特点。
We measured the S / D values of umbilical artery blood flow in pregnant women without obvious pregnancy-induced hypertension and intrauterine growth deprivation (IuGR) from January 1994 to June 1991 by ultrasound multi-protocol ground umbilical cord blood flow imaging. At follow-up, the S / D values of 38 fetal distress groups were 2.9690 ± 0.3099, while the S / D values of the control group were 2.1608 ± 0.2015. The t-test, P <0.01, indicating that fetal distress group S / D value was significantly higher than the control group, S / D value can be used as an important indicator of fetal distress diagnosis, and S / D abnormalities before delivery 1 ~ 31 days to appear, indicating that this technology to predict fetal distress with early, sensitive features.
