去年9月,中共中央十三届三中全会提出了“治理经济环境,整顿经济秩序,全面深化改革”的指导方针,确定把今明两年建设和改革的重点,切实地放到治理整顿上来。经过近六个月的治理整顿工作,开始取得了一些成效,但是治理整顿的难度是相当大的。搞好这次治理整顿的关键,在于全国上下能否统一认识,统一思想,在行动上和中央保持一致。因此,有必要对治理整顿的背景及其重要性加深认识。
In September last year, the Third Plenary Session of the 13th Central Committee of the CPC put forward the guiding principle of “governing the economic environment, rectifying the economic order and deepening the reform in an all-round manner” and determined that the focus of construction and reform in the next two years should be effectively put in order for rectification and rectification. After nearly six months of rectification, some achievements have begun to come into effect, but the difficulty of rectifying and rectifying is considerable.
