“西方经济学”是经济管理类专业的专业基础课,是进一步学习其他专业课程的基础,该课程具有很强的工具性。因此,不仅要明确该课程的重要性,还应该注意该课程教学中存在的主要问题并给予充分的关注。文章首先根据多年的教学实践与深入观察,指出目前本科层次的“西方经济学”课程教学中存在的主要问题,即授课时间的安排不合理、授课教材的选择不规范、多媒体课件的使用不合适和教学方式不科学等;并且有针对性地提出相应的改进意见和思路;最后,重点强调说明参与式教学法在“西方经济学”课程教学中的实施问题,以达到提高课程教学质量和学生学习效率的双重目标。
