党章作为党的根本大法,它是与党的成熟程度、党的建设水平、社会和时代环境紧密联系的。中共一大至六大党章中都没有总纲这一部分,而七大党章首次增加了这一部分。为此,通过从中共自身的发展成熟和外部因素特别是共产国际的角度去分析其中的原因具有重要的意义。
As the basic law of the party, the party constitution is closely linked with the maturity of the party, the level of party building, and the environment of the society and the times. There is no general outline for this part in the CCP’s six major party constitutions, and the seven major party constitutions added this part for the first time. For this reason, it is of great significance to analyze the reasons from the perspective of the CCP’s own development maturity and external factors, especially the Communist International.
