目的探讨超声引导介入治疗卵巢囊肿的经验和方法。方法回顾性分析2004年8月-2009年12月超声引导下治疗卵巢囊肿180例,抽出囊肿内液后注入无水乙醇,观察临床疗效。结果 179例(99.4%)治疗成功,无严重并发症发生,术后2年随访,3例(1.7%)复发。结论超声引导介入治疗卵巢囊肿疗效满意。
Objective To explore the experience and methods of ultrasound-guided interventional treatment of ovarian cysts. Methods Retrospective analysis from August 2004 -2009 in December ultrasound-guided treatment of 180 cases of ovarian cysts, the cyst fluid was withdrawn after injection of ethanol, to observe the clinical efficacy. Results 179 cases (99.4%) were successfully treated without serious complications, followed up for 2 years and 3 cases (1.7%) had recurrence. Conclusion Ultrasound guided interventional treatment of ovarian cysts with satisfactory results.
