本实验探讨全麻气管插管心血管应激对血浆内皮素水平的影响．结果显示，气管插管时心血管应激反应明显，血浆内皮素水平随之升高，且与血压、心率的增加呈高度正相关．表明血浆内皮素是心血管应激反应早期敏感指标之一，参与心血管系统的调节作用。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of endotracheal intubation with cardiovascular stress on plasma endothelin levels. The results show that tracheal intubation cardiovascular response significantly, plasma endothelin levels increased, and with blood pressure, heart rate was highly positively correlated. Plasma endothelin is one of the early sensitive indicators of cardiovascular stress response, involved in the regulation of the cardiovascular system.
