随着信息时代的快速发展,我国通信互联网行业也处在一个高速发展的状态,社会对通信专业人才的需求量也与日俱增。为了迎合信息时代的发展潮流,更多的向社会输出高质量、高经验的通信专业人才,职业学校的发展以及人才培养的模式就必须要做一番调整。因此本文通过对职业学校教学发展以及人才培养模式的研究,针对如何优化职业学校通行专业人才培养模式展开一下论述研究。
With the rapid development of the information age, China’s telecommunications Internet industry is also in a state of rapid development. The demand for communications professionals in the society is also on the rise. In order to cater to the development trend in the information age, more communication professionals with high quality and high experience should be exported to the society. The development of vocational schools and the model of personnel training must be adjusted. Therefore, this paper studies the development of vocational schools and the model of personnel training, and discusses how to optimize the training mode of professional talents in vocational schools.
