经济建设过程中,各种工程技术也需要不断发展进步,以跟上发展的步调和满足人民的需求。房建产业作为近年来最支柱的产业,其技术水平和施工质量是绝不能忽视的课题。但由于各地发展情况和相关政策的差异,其建设水平也参差不齐,房建施工的质量问题成为普遍存在的现象。直接影响了建筑的安全隐患和使用寿命。而监理在施工过程中则对上述问题负有很大的责任。文章根据房建建设施工过程中出现的一系列质量、管理等问题和通病,从监理工作的角度进行分析并给出了一定的处理方案和建议,以提高房建工程质量,促进社会发展。
In the course of economic construction, various engineering technologies also need to continuously develop and progress so as to keep up with the pace of development and meet the needs of the people. As the most pillar industry in recent years, the housing construction industry, its technical level and construction quality can not be ignored. However, because of the differences in development and related policies across the country, the construction level is also uneven. The quality problems of the construction of houses have become ubiquitous. A direct impact on the building’s security risks and service life. The supervision of the construction process is on the above issues have a great responsibility. According to a series of problems of quality and management and other common problems appearing in the process of building construction, this paper analyzes and gives some solutions and suggestions from the perspective of supervision work in order to improve the quality of housing construction projects and promote social development.
