多年的农业利好政策带来了稻谷连续高产,但随着国内生产成本的增加,市场流通环节不畅,国内稻米市场的进口量和库存量均处于高水平,市场活跃程度下降。总体来看,2015年国内稻米市场呈产量高、进口高、库存高和价格稳的基本特点。2016年中国稻谷最低收购价政策小幅调整,市场收储政策也将逐步完善。预计2015/16年度中国稻谷供需仍相对宽松,在国家政策的支撑下,稻米价格仍将在高位窄幅波动。
Years of favorable agricultural policies have led to continuous high yields of paddy, but with the increase of domestic production costs, poor circulation in the market and the import and inventory of the domestic rice market are both at high levels and market activity is declining. Overall, the domestic rice market in 2015 was characterized by high output, high imports, high inventories and stable prices. In 2016, the minimum purchase price of rice in China will be slightly adjusted, and the market receipt and storage policy will also be gradually improved. It is estimated that the supply and demand of paddy in China will remain relatively loose in 2015/16. With the support of national policies, the price of rice will still fluctuate within a narrow range at a high level.
