从三个方面论述语文新课程呼唤研究型教师。首先分析了传统语文课程的特征与不足;其次,探讨了语文新课程为什么需要研究型教师;第三,论述了语文教师实现由经验型向研究型转变的必要途径。
Discusses the new Chinese curriculum from three respects to call for research teacher. First of all, it analyzes the characteristics and shortcomings of the traditional Chinese curriculum. Secondly, it discusses why the new Chinese course needs research-oriented teachers. Thirdly, it discusses the necessary ways for the Chinese teachers to change from the empirical to the research-oriented.
