目的探讨EB病毒(Epstein-Barr Virus,EBV)BLLF1基因转基因小鼠的部分血生化指标改变和白细胞特性,为该模型小鼠的进一步应用提供基础数据。方法选取2月龄和4月龄的EBV转基因小鼠及KM小鼠的血清测定谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、尿素氮(BUN)和肌酐(CRE),观察其肝肾功能;并测定总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和血糖(GLU);取全血测定白细胞总数(WBC)及其分类。结果EBV转基因小鼠血清中的GOT、TP、ALB、BUN、CRE、TC和TG与同周龄同性别的KM小鼠相比,均存在显著性差异;EBV转基因小鼠的WBC总数以及中性粒细胞百分比(GRN%)与同周龄同性别的KM小鼠相比显著升高,而淋巴细胞百分比(LYM%)显著降低。结论通过对EBVBLLF1基因转基因小鼠的部分血生化指标改变和白细胞特性的观察,为该小鼠的应用提供了基础资料。
Objective To investigate the changes of some blood biochemical markers and leukocyte characteristics in Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV) transgenic mice and provide the basic data for the further application of the model mice. Methods Serum levels of GPT, GOT, total protein (TP), albumin (ALB) and urea nitrogen (BUN) were measured in 2-month-old and 4-month old EBV transgenic mice and KM mice. ) And creatinine (CRE) were measured. The liver and kidney function were observed. Total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and blood glucose (GLU) were measured. Total WBC and its classification were determined by whole blood. Results The serum levels of GOT, TP, ALB, BUN, CRE, TC and TG in EBV transgenic mice were significantly different from those in KM mice of the same sex and age; the total number of WBC and the neutral The percentage of granulocytes (GRN%) was significantly higher than that of KM mice of the same age and age, while the percentage of lymphocytes (LYM%) was significantly lower. Conclusion The changes of some blood biochemical markers and the characteristics of leukocytes in transgenic mice with EBVBLLF1 gene provide the basic information for the application of this gene.
