散发性脑炎是临床上常见病之一。其临床表现甚为复杂,给临床诊断来一定困难。尤其对本病早期的部分病人易造成误诊。现将我院1977年2月至1982年11月,内、儿科住院病人160例,综合报道如下:临床资料一、性别及年龄:全组男86例占53.7％,女74例占46.3％。最小4岁,最大65岁。好发年龄在11—50岁(表1)。 Sporadic encephalitis is one of the most common clinical diseases. Its clinical manifestations are complex and difficult to diagnose clinically. In particular, some of the early patients with this disease can easily lead to misdiagnosis. Now in our hospital from February 1977 to November 1982, 160 cases of inpatient pediatrics, comprehensive report is as follows: Clinical data First, gender and age: the whole group of 86 male patients accounted for 53.7%, female 74 cases accounted for 46.3%.
