本文研究了37钢回火马氏体状态在0.5%K_2Cr_2O_7 水溶液、潮湿空气和一个气压干燥氢三种介质中,不同环境温度下的延迟断裂特性;测定了空气相对湿度对37钢延迟断裂的影响。试验结果表明,37钢在三种介质中均有一容易发生断裂的敏感温度40℃。高于或低于这个温度,延迟断裂时间均有明显延长。不同介质对该钢延迟断裂动力学的影响不同,在水质中最快,潮湿空气中次之,一个气压干燥氢中最慢。试验结果还表明,当空气相对湿度大于70%,在载荷应力强度因子较高的条件下能发生明显的应力腐蚀延迟断裂。
In this paper, the delayed fracture properties of 37 steel tempered martensite in 0.5% K 2 Cr 2 O 7 aqueous solution, humid air and a dry air of atmospheric pressure at different ambient temperatures were studied. The effect of air relative humidity on the delayed fracture of 37 steel . The experimental results show that 37 steel has a susceptible temperature of 40 ℃ in all three media. Above or below this temperature, the delayed fracture time is significantly extended. The effect of different media on the kinetics of delayed fracture of the steel is different, which is the fastest in water quality, the second in wet air, and the slowest in aero-dry hydrogen. The experimental results also show that when the relative humidity of air is more than 70%, obvious stress corrosion delayed fracture can occur under the condition of high load stress intensity factor.
