为了改性具有芳烃基团的有机高分子材料,用苯甲酸改性碱性钙基膨润土制备了苯甲酸有机膨润土。改性反应是在有机溶剂中,通过回流分水使反应充分进行。采用单因素分析方法,考察苯甲酸用量、分散剂用量、反应时间等因素对苯甲酸有机膨润土有机物含量的影响。用差热-热重分析、X射线衍射、红外光谱等手段对样品进行表征。结果表明:苯甲酸有机膨润土的有机物质量分数超过40%;苯甲酸根插入膨润土层间后,使膨润土的层间距扩大,晶体结构更加完整。苯甲酸有机膨润土是一种插层苯环结构的有机膨润土,它的层间距比较大,有机化程度高,与芳香烃等高分子材料的相容性较好,热稳定性高,有着较好的开发前景。
In order to modify organic polymer materials with aromatic groups, benzoic acid organic bentonite was prepared with benzoic acid modified basic calcium bentonite. The modification reaction is carried out by refluxing the water in the organic solvent to make the reaction proceed sufficiently. The influence of benzoic acid dosage, dispersant dosage, reaction time and other factors on the organic content of benzoic acid organic bentonite was investigated by single factor analysis. The samples were characterized by DTA - TG, X - ray diffraction and FTIR. The results showed that the mass fraction of organobentonites in benzoic acid organic bentonite exceeded 40%. After benzoate was inserted into the interlayer of bentonite, the interlayer spacing of bentonite was broadened and the crystal structure was more complete. Benzoic acid organic bentonite is an intercalated benzene ring structure of organic bentonite, its layer spacing is relatively large, a high degree of organic matter, aromatic hydrocarbons and other polymers with good compatibility, high thermal stability, has a good Development prospects.
