随着我国经济的飞跃发展,越来越多的人选择在节假日出去旅游,欣赏美景,放松心情。这也直接促进了我国旅游产业的迅速发展。新世纪,人才战略日益成为企业之间竞争的重要手段。伴随着旅游产业的发展,对于旅游管理专业的人才需求也与日俱增。据2014年最新的大学毕业生调查显示,仅今年,我国旅游管理专业的毕业生就数以万计,但却很难满足实际的需求。本文着眼于此,浅要分析了导致旅游管理专业学生竞争力低、专业性弱的原因,并在此基础上提出了提升我国旅游管理专业人才自身素质的相关对策。
With the rapid economic development in our country, more and more people choose to go out on holidays and enjoy the beauty and relax. This also directly promoted the rapid development of China’s tourism industry. In the new century, talent strategy is increasingly becoming an important means of competition among enterprises. With the development of tourism industry, the demand for professionals in tourism management is also increasing. According to the latest survey of university graduates in 2014, there are tens of thousands of graduates of tourism management major in our country alone this year, but it is very hard to meet the actual demand. This paper focuses on this, analyzes the causes of tourism management students with low professional, weak professional reasons, and on this basis, put forward to improve our tourism management professionals related to their own quality of countermeasures.
