辽河油田住宅小区排涝泵站大多建于上世纪80年代,机电设备老化,各类建筑物失修,管理手段落后,自动化程度低,造成泵站整体技术状态差,管理落后,不能适应当前小区正常需求,因此进行全面更新改造,对机电设备升级换代是保证油区生产生活秩序稳定,维护一方平安和促进社会经济发展的重要基础项目。
