我厂生产的地质钻探工具,常用合金结构钢制造,要求调质处理,淬火时易开裂,如40Cr、40Mn2钢工件约有5~10%开裂;用油淬火则油耗量大,每t产品平均消耗油23kg,且油易老化,淬火质量不稳定。为此,我们进行了聚乙烯醇水溶液淬火生产性试验,并于1982年正式投产。(1)淬火介质的浓度钻具常用中碳铬、锰及钼钢,如40Cr、40Mn2、45Mn、45Mn2、42CrMo、40CrMaMo、30CrMnSiA
