为了研究碳气凝胶薄片表面及内部的差异,以及碳气凝胶薄片在制备及性能上与块体之间的差异,制备一系列具有不同密度、厚度及微结构的碳气凝胶薄片。使用傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)对气凝胶的成分进行分析,采用扫面电子显微镜(Field Emission Scanning Microscope(FESEM))来观测样品的形貌和微结构,采用比表面积孔径分析仪对样品的比表面积和孔体积进行测试。获得了密度为465~1679 mg·cm~(-3)、厚度为25~680μm的具有一定尺寸(22 mm×16 mmX0.68 mm)的碳气凝胶薄片。对比了不同厚度、密度和微结构的碳气凝胶薄片,得出密度和微结构随溶质质量分数和厚度的变化关系,并对碳气凝胶薄片表面其有的致密层进行初步表征和分析。
In order to study the difference between the surface and the interior of the carbon airgel sheet, and the difference between preparation and properties of the carbon airgel sheet and the block, a series of carbon airgel sheets with different density, thickness and microstructure were prepared. The composition of the aerogels was analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The morphology and microstructure of the aerogels were observed by using a Field Emission Scanning Microscope (FESEM). Specimens The specific surface area and pore volume were tested. A carbon airgel sheet with a certain size (22 mm × 16 mm × 0.68 mm) with a density of 465-1679 mg · cm -3 and a thickness of 25-680 μm was obtained. The carbon airgel sheets with different thicknesses, densities and microstructures were compared, and the relationship between the density and the microstructure with solute mass fraction and thickness was obtained. The densified layer on the surface of carbon airgel sheets was preliminarily characterized and analyzed .
