中央颁布实施《党政领导干部选拔任用工作条例》已经五周年,这一条例是我党关于党政领导干部选拔任用工作的基本规章,是一部综合性法规,导向作用突出。我认为,围绕增强贯彻条例的自觉性和提高干部选拔任用工作水平,党员干部在学习贯彻条例过程中要处理好以下四个关系:
The fifth anniversary of the promulgation and implementation of the “Regulations on the Appointment and Appointment of Leading Cadres of the Party and the Government” issued by the Central Government is the fifth anniversary of our party’s work on the selection and appointment of party and government leading cadres. It is a comprehensive statute with a prominent guiding role. In my opinion, around strengthening the consciousness of carrying out the regulations and raising the level of cadre selection and appointment, Party members and cadres should properly handle the following four relations during the study and implementation of the regulations:
