培养研究型教师,专业学习是前提,校本研究是关键,教学实践是基础,实践反思是中介,校本培训是阵地。研究型教师的培养,是一项涉及学校多方面工作的系统工程,在培养过程中,还要处理好个人反思、教师互动、专业引领的关系;把握好培养的基本流程:以问题为导向,以先进理论指导研究、反思和总结,以提出新观念、新对策为成果,以改进教育教学实践、促进研究型教师的形成为目的。
Training research-based teachers, professional learning is the prerequisite, school-based research is the key, teaching practice is the foundation, the practice of reflection is an intermediary, school-based training is the position. The cultivation of research-based teachers is a systematic project involving many aspects of work in schools.
