大连重机厂为辽宁电子铝箔厂研制的新产品——φ650×1300mm铝板连续铸轧机组鉴定会,于1986年11月22~24日在丹东市通过了部级鉴定。出席会议的有原机械部重矿局、电子部东北办事处、有色金属总公司以及有关高等院校、科研所和生产厂等18个单位的41名专家、教授和工程技术人员。铝板连续铸轧原理是将经熔炼炉精炼后的铝液,经静置炉调温,然后通过流槽流入可控制液面高度的前箱,再经供料咀与旋转着的铸轧辊接触,由于铸轧辊在通水冷却,故使液态铝结晶变为固态,并被轧成板带。成形的板带由牵引机递送,经切头、矫直,喂入卷取机钳口,然后按需要卷成板卷,以供冷轧薄板或铝箔使用。该铸轧机组的主要技术性能如下:
