石棉砂质水泥瓦是掺加含量占所用水泥55%以上的普通石英尾砂,采用抄取工艺、蒸压养护而制成。这种轻型屋面材料最近在湖北襄樊石棉制品厂试产获得成功。该瓦的各项指标按现行的部颁标准(JC66-77)《石棉水泥中、小波瓦及其脊瓦》进行检测,强度7天内可保证合格,渗水试验24小时瓦背面无滴珠。跟踪调查表明,该瓦不会象石棉水泥中波瓦那样有时因瓦体干缩而产生翘曲变形及横断和顺裂现象。瓦的重量为13公斤左右,比石棉水泥中波瓦约轻14%。
Asbestos sand cement tiles are common quartz tailings with a content of more than 55% of the cement used, and are made by adopting a picking process and autoclave curing. This kind of lightweight roofing material has recently been successfully tested in Hubei Xiangfan Asbestos Products Factory. The indicators of this tile are tested according to the current ministerial standard (JC66-77) “Asbestos Cement, Wavelet Tiles and Their Ridges,” and the strength can be guaranteed within 7 days. The seepage test has 24 drops of beads on the back of the tile. Follow-up investigations have shown that the tile will not be warped, cross-cut, or cracked due to the shrinkage of the tile body as in the asbestos cement. The weight of a tile is about 13 kg, which is about 14% lighter than that of asbestos cement.
