研究了7A09铝合金半固态触变成形时模具温度对制件充填能力的影响,以及压力、模具温度对制件力学性能的影响。在480℃×12 h固溶处理+120℃×22 h时效的热处理制度下,模具温度在0~400℃时,温度越高,充填性能越好,制件力学性能越低;成形压力在0~375 MPa时,压力越大,制件力学性能越高。
The influence of the mold temperature on the filling ability of 7A09 aluminum alloy during semi-solid thixoforming was studied. The effects of pressure and mold temperature on the mechanical properties of the workpiece were also studied. Under the heat treatment system of 480 ℃ × 12 h solution treatment + 120 ℃ × 22 h aging, when the mold temperature is 0 ~ 400 ℃, the higher the temperature, the better the filling performance, the lower the mechanical properties of the workpiece; the forming pressure is 0 ~ 375 MPa, the greater the pressure, the higher the mechanical properties of the workpiece.
