青少年足球训练中,通常有准备期、竞赛期、休整期三个主要周期。各个时期要根据各年龄组阶段的青少年身心发育规律、心理特点等安排相应的训练。并充分利用青少年生长发育、解剖生理及各系统的不同特点,抓住其敏感期进行训练。并且,合理安排负荷,贯彻诱导性、渐进性、直观性、系统性、其别性原则,使我国青少年足球训练水平上一个新台阶。
Youth football training, there are usually preparation period, competition period, the rest of the three major cycles. In each period, corresponding training should be arranged according to the rules of physical and mental development and psychological characteristics of adolescents at all age groups.
