纵切自动机床过去是采用机油润滑,润滑效果不佳。我们分析了纵切自动机床主轴箱的结构特点,认为它转速高、负荷轻、主轴精度高、间隙小、轴承在高速运转中,推力轴承承受着主要轴向负荷。其转速因素dn值在100000～130000范围内。用脂来润滑轴承是完全可以的。我们最后选用1号二硫化钼锂基脂应用到φ7、CG1107和C6807三种型号的纵切自动机床上的主轴箱——后轴承和皮带轮轴承。通过一年左右的实践,现在已在170台纵切自
Slitting automatic machine used to be used oil lubrication, poor lubrication.
