在人和环境之间的关系发生了深刻变化的今天 ,人们要求保护自然环境、促进自然生态平衡的自然循环 ,自行净化和再生的机能。探讨城市园林绿地的规划 ,只有从生态平衡的根本要求出发 ,以城市生态平衡为主导 ,采用多功能的园林绿地规划设计 ,才能把城市园林绿地系统的本身功能及其环境效益、社会效益作综合的、统一的、全面的考虑。这才是当今我国园林绿化建设的发展趋势
