作为普通国省干线公路一部分的平面交叉口是传递区域交通流,实现车辆汇集、转向的节点和枢纽,虽然在空间上占整个干线公路的很小部分,但是发生的交通事故却占有较大比例。本文从公路管理者的角度,提出从管理和信息化技术两方面分别对普通干线公路平面交叉口进行管理与控制,以寻求最优化的对策来进一步降低交叉口的交通隐患。 Intersections, which are part of the general national trunk highway, are the nodes and hubs that deliver regional traffic flow and bring together and divert vehicles. Although spatially occupying a small part of the entire trunk highway, traffic accidents take up a large proportion . From the perspective of road managers, this paper proposes to manage and control the intersection of ordinary arterial roads from two aspects of management and information technology, respectively, in order to find the most appropriate countermeasures to further reduce the traffic congestion at intersections.
