“宁麦9号”是江苏省内排位第一的优质弱筋小麦品种也是全国众多面粉加工企业首选的优质弱筋小麦,其品质甚至优于美国的“软红冬”和澳大利亚的“澳麦”。我市地处沿江中下游,土壤沙性,气候属沿江过渡性气候,属典型的优质弱筋小麦生产区,原种植的“扬麦158”因其面筋含量低被许 “Ningmai 9” is the highest quality weak gluten wheat in Jiangsu province and also the first choice of high-quality weak gluten wheat in many flour processing enterprises in the country.
