本文指出潜艇必须具有能满足一定要求的水下抗沉性;说明了潜艇本身也是具备一定的水下抗沉能力的;概述了国内外研究潜艇水下抗沉性的简况;叙述了“传统的潜艇水下抗沉性理论”的主要观点,分析了该理论的局限性和对现代潜艇设计带来的不利影响;提出应创造适合我国国情的新的潜艇水下抗沉性理论的主张;介绍了作者所探讨的新水下抗沉性理论的主要观点及与之相适应的计算方法,提供了某些算例的计算结果。给出了新的衡量潜艇水下抗沉性的指标的设计参数,阐述了从潜艇设计上“主动地”保证水下抗沉性的有关问题和新理论对潜艇设计带来的变化,并对如何深入研究潜艇水下抗沉性提出了一些看法。
This paper points out that the submarine must have submerged anti-sinking ability to meet certain requirements. It also shows that the submarine itself is also capable of underwater subsidence resistance. The submarine submarine anti-sinking properties at home and abroad are briefly described.
