本法系采用土法,从花岗岩或混合岩中分离黑云母以进行同位素年龄测定。操作步骤: (一)样品破碎;在破碎前,首先在镜下确定所需分离的单矿物的粒度,然后进行破碎。本区所做的花岗岩或混合岩中,黑云母矿物的粒度在0.4毫米左右。如大于0.4毫米的常出现连生体现象,所以经实践得出破碎的程度在0.4毫米以下。 (二)粗淘:将破碎后的样品,进行分级,取0.2~0.4毫米级的样品放入盆内,用水冲去粉泥,然后再加上肥皂温水拌匀,静置十多分钟,最后用清水将样品洗净。
