从能量原理的角度出发,利用塑性理论中的界限法,仿照对金属成型工艺中讨论平板楔形模具时的分析方法,分别对机械自紧厚壁筒作单纯挤扩变形,形成死区变形,发生刨削内膛变形三种情况进行了力学分析和研究,得到了机械自紧过程中变形模式的变化规律,冲头推力与冲头锥角的关系,最佳推力的锥角选取原则和影响厚壁筒变形稳定性因素等结果。
