目的：观察胃宁合剂治疗胃脘痛临床功效有关的主要药理作用。方法：检测离体兔和豚鼠肠管运动的方法，观察药物对肠管自发运动和痉挛收缩的影响；小鼠酚红法检测胃排空功能；小鼠碳末推进法检测小肠推进功能。结果：胃宁合剂能抑制家兔离体肠管自发活动和拮抗氯化乙酰胆碱、氯化钡、组织胺所致动物离体肠管痉挛性收缩。结论：胃宁合剂有镇痛、解除肠道痉挛的作用，与该方临床主治功效相符。
Objective: To observe the main pharmacological effects of Weining Mixture on the clinical efficacy of gastricgia. Methods: The method of detecting intestine movement in isolated rabbits and guinea pigs was used to observe the effect of drugs on spontaneous movement and contraction of intestinal tract; the phenol red method was used to detect gastric emptying function; RESULTS: Weining Mixture could inhibit the spontaneous activity of isolated intestine in rabbits and antagonized the in vitro spasm contraction of animals caused by acetylcholine chloride, strontium chloride and histamine. Conclusion: Weining Mixture has analgesic effect and relieves bowel spasm, which is consistent with the clinical efficacy of this prescription.
