雌激素维护骨代谢,并抑制淋巴细胞免疫功能。以50GyX射线局部照射大鼠卵巢,造成卵泡闭锁、雌二醇(E2)低下,并致尿Ca/cr(钙/肌肝)、HOP/cr(羟脯氨酸/肌肝)和血ALP(碱性磷酸酶)升高,骨小梁数和面积减小,淋巴细胞增殖和分泌IL-2的活性增加。淋巴细胞分泌IL-2的活性与血E2水平是显著负相关,24h尿Ca量与淋巴细胞分泌IL-2的活性呈显著正相关。表明卵巢电高辐射效应对骨代谢和淋巴细胞免疫功能有明显影响,IL-2在雌激素对骨代谢的影响中可能起介导作用。
Estrogen maintains bone metabolism and suppresses lymphocyte immune function. Local ovarian irradiation with 50Gy X-ray resulted in atresia of follicles, low estradiol (E2) and urinary Ca / cr (calcium / muscle liver), HOP / cr Alkaline phosphatase) increased trabecular number and area decreased lymphocyte proliferation and secretion of IL-2 activity increased. The activity of IL-2 secreted by lymphocytes was negatively correlated with the level of serum E2. There was a significant positive correlation between the level of urinary Ca and the secretion of IL-2 by lymphocytes. The results suggest that the high radiation effect of ovaries has a significant effect on bone metabolism and lymphocyte immune function. IL-2 may play a mediating role in the effect of estrogen on bone metabolism.
