面对当代经济全球化进程中的领导实践变革趋势,中国的领导学发展面临三大困境:领导学基本概念理解的中西方差异反映出中国的领导学研究和领导教育存在很大盲区;实证研究方法的缺失成为中西方领导学对话交流的障碍;理论原创性不够,没有形成系统地面向中国领导实践的独创性领导理论。当代中国领导学发展的基本目标应该以研究中国重大领导问题为中心,强化问题意识、规范研究方法、确立研究维度,构建既适合中国国情又能与国际接轨的领导学理论;其基本思路是在密切关注领导实践中推进领导学的跨文化、跨领域、跨学科研究,实现领导学的理论研究与实践发展、领导教育3者之间的多向互动。
In the face of the changing trend of leadership practice in the process of economic globalization, China’s leadership development faces three major dilemmas: The differences between China and the West in understanding the basic concepts of leadership reflect the existence of a large blind spot in China’s leadership study and leadership education; The lack of methodology has become an obstacle to dialogue and exchange between Chinese and Western leaders. There is not enough original theory and there is no original theory of leadership that systematically addresses the Chinese leadership practice. The basic goal of contemporary China’s leadership development should focus on the study of China’s major leadership issues, strengthen awareness of problems, standardize research methods, establish research dimension, and build leadership theory that is not only suitable for China’s national conditions but also in line with international standards. The basic idea is to Pay close attention to the interdisciplinary, cross-disciplinary and interdisciplinary research on promoting leadership in leadership practice, and realize the multi-directional interaction among the theoretical research and practical development of leadership and leadership education.
