复杂网络为研究企业内部的人力资源管理提供了一个新的工具。本文构建了基于分层复杂网络的人力资源网络对企业人力资源进行描述和分析。利用贝叶斯网络、马尔科夫模型和蒙特卡罗模拟仿真模型,与本文建立的分层网络模型结合,对流失效应产生的动态过程和对公司效益及生产力产生的影响进行分析,并预测由招聘和流失效应引起的各层次的人员变动情况,对中层干部流失率、人力资源的管理政策等因素进行模拟仿真,并根据该模拟结果对人力资本健康度的影响分析。该文针对人力资本及其管理做了详细的了解,较为全面的考虑了人力资本的变动及其带来的影响,并能为HR提供较好的参考意见。
Complex networks provide a new tool for studying human resource management within an enterprise. This paper constructs a human resource network based on the layered complex network to describe and analyze the human resources of the enterprise. By using the Bayesian network, Markov model and Monte Carlo simulation model, combined with the hierarchical network model established in this paper, the dynamic process of the loss effect and its impact on the company’s benefit and productivity are analyzed. Recruitment and loss caused by changes in personnel at all levels, middle-level cadres wastage rate, human resources management policies and other factors to simulate the simulation, and based on the simulation results on human capital health impact analysis. This article has made a detailed understanding of human capital and its management, more fully considered the changes of human capital and its impact, and can provide better reference for HR.
