心理激励机制的机理源于行为科学,其作用在于管理者将其管理意志通过鼓励、鞭策、强化等手段,刺激被管理者的心理,在被管理者的心理形成条件反射和意念与行为的强化。心理激励机制是组织实行管理工作中的一种非常奏效的手段,但需要合理利用,即发挥其助长作用,规避其致弱作用与疲惫作用。
The mechanism of psychological incentive mechanism stems from behavioral science. Its function lies in that the manager stimulates the manager’s psychology through the encouragement, promotion and reinforcement of his managerial will. In the psychology of the manager, the conditioned reflection and the strengthening of the mind and behavior . Psychological incentive mechanism is a very effective means to organize and implement management, but it needs to be used rationally, that is to say, it can play its role of encouragement and avoid its weakness and weary effect.
