以兴安落叶松成熟材为研究对象,探讨以早晚材物理力学为基本单元建立无疵试样力学模型的可行性。首先通过试验法获得兴安落叶松成熟材早、晚材薄片的物理力学性质,然后运用经典层板理论建立顺纹抗拉弹性模量力学模型,并进行试验验证。结果表明:以早晚材物理力学性质为建模基础的方法可行;密度是成熟材弹性模量变异性的主要影响因素;利用该方法建立的无疵试样力学模型,其相对误差低于5%,同时该方法能够为进一步建立兴安落叶松成熟材其他力学模型打下基础。
Taking Larch Larix as the research object, this paper discussed the feasibility of establishing a mechanics model of the unimpaired sample based on the mechanics of morning and evening wood as the basic unit. Firstly, the physical and mechanical properties of larch and latewood larch of mature larch wood were obtained by the test method. Then, the mechanical model of the parallel tensile elastic modulus was established by using the classical laminates theory, and the experimental verification was carried out. The results show that the method based on the physical and mechanical properties of early and late material is feasible. The density is the main influencing factor of the elastic modulus of mature material. The relative error of the developed model is less than 5% , At the same time, this method can lay a foundation for further establishment of other mechanical models of Larix gmelinii mature wood.
